The maximum capacity of the mooring system is up to 18m length overall. Exceptionally, if stable weather conditions are forecast, the Port Authority may allow bigger vessels to moor to a buoy, provided that at least one person stays on board.
All vessels intending to use the anchorage are required to contact the port authority through VHF channel CH 09.
When entering and/or leaving the anchorage, there is a 3 knot speed limit.
All foreign vessels arriving from foreign countries are obligated to use the shortest route to call at the nearest port open to international traffic and get a licence sticker.
During their stay at the anchorage, all vessels must display daymarks and lights in accordance with the rules.
When mooring to a buoy, the person operating the vessel must make sure there is enough space between the vessel and surrounding vessels in all directions and in all weather conditions.
The mooring to a buoy must be performed in a safe manner, with proper mooring lines of adequate dimensions.
A vessel at the anchorage must always be ready for manoeuvring and no repairs are allowed that make it innavigable.

Using toilets that have direct discharge into the sea, using open flame, throwing garbage and waste in the sea, disturbing the peace of other guests and making noise, interfering with the navigation of other vessels, leaving the screw running, except for entering and leaving the anchorage.
The Port Authority does not assume any liability for any damages or other consequences arising from non-compliance with these Rules.
Any violation of the provisions on marine environment protection will be severely punished in conformity with the Maritime Act and the Maritime Domain and Seaports Act.
